This Privacy Policy explains how Morsegrid LLC ("Morsegrid", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit our website, take our assessment, book a call, or work with us. We act as a data processor for the customer data our customers route through Morsegrid, and as a data controller for the limited information we collect directly from website visitors and clients.
Information we collect
We collect three categories of information: information you give us directly when you sign up or contact us; information collected automatically when you use the website or product; and information from a small number of third parties that help us run the business.
- Contact information: name, work email, company name, role, and the answers you give in our assessment.
- Usage information: pages visited, features used, device and browser metadata, approximate IP-derived location.
- Communications: messages you send to us by email or through a booking form, and your conversation with our voice assistant.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate, secure, and improve the product, to bill correctly, to respond to your requests, and to send you operational and (with your consent) occasional marketing communications.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer data to train shared foundation models.
Customer data we process on your behalf
When your organization is a Morsegrid customer, personal data that passes through the automations we build is governed by our Data Processing Addendum (see /legal/dpa), and our subprocessor list, which we share on request at support@morsegrid.com. We process that data only on documented instructions from the customer.
Voice assistant
The website has a voice assistant. When you start a call you are talking to an AI, not a person, and the call uses your microphone. Your audio is processed by our voice provider, Retell AI.
The call may be recorded and transcribed, and we may keep the transcript. To ask us to delete a call, email support@morsegrid.com. Please do not share payment details or other sensitive information on the call.
Sharing and disclosure
We share information with vetted subprocessors that help us run our website and our business (for example website hosting, analytics, and workspace tools), with professional advisers under confidentiality, and where required by law. The current list of subprocessors is available on request at support@morsegrid.com.
International transfers
Morsegrid is headquartered in the United States. For customers in the EU, UK, and Switzerland, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and equivalent mechanisms for cross-border transfers.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Morsegrid does not host customer data, so how long that data is kept is controlled by the customer in its own systems.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email support@morsegrid.com.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Details about how we handle data, and our approach to credentials and access, live in the Trust Center.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will notify customers in advance through the product or by email. The current version of this policy is always the one published at /legal/privacy.
Contact
Questions about this policy or our data practices can be sent to support@morsegrid.com. We aim to respond within five business days.
Customers who sign a paid contract also receive an executed Master Services Agreement, Order Form, and DPA. Where they differ from this page, the signed documents control.
